In that time, with his broad experience, Steve has developed a thorough understanding of the Commercial property management sector and has forged long-term service delivery and
contractor relationships, providing successful outcomes to his clients.
Adele Emerson
Project Specialist
With over 25 years delivering Construction in Commercial, Government, Facilities Maintenance, Retail and Mining industries, Adele brings a very unique experience to the team. Specialising in end-to-end Program and Project Management services for local and National Clients, Adele has a diverse experience to deliver the right level of Project Management for your Projects.
Adele has worked on a wide range of Commercial, medical, Retail (inc Supermarkets), High Security, heritage and Environmentally sensitive project.

With several decades of experience with a number of organisations in the Commercial sector in multi/mixed-use construction, fit outs and maintenance, Colin has gained a comprehensive
understanding of end-to-end Project management, Site management and delivery.
He also has a thorough knowledge of Building Industry regulations, Codes, and Standards
Yammie Owusu

With over 35 years’ experience working in leading practices in Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and as a sole practitioner in Perth over the last 14yrs. Yammie has worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, scientific and institutional projects.
He has a good understanding of the Building Industry regulatory environment and Local Council approval requirements.
